The business climate in Ilinois, according to a survey, didn't get any worse. It didn't get any better either. Chief Executive magazine conducted a survey and the results showed Illinois in at 46th out of the 50 states.

The survey used such categories as markets, resources, regulation, TAX POLICY, workforce quality, educational resources, infrastructure, and quality of living.
