The Batter's Box in Orion was the place for the Henry County Family picnic on October 5th. State Senator Chris Lauzen was there on my behalf and I was pleased to see him again. He said he would like to see me in the state senate. I was very pleased with his remarks. Thanks Chris!!
Mr. Lauzen knows the current budget problem and he has been an advocate for better government these last ten years.
There were plenty of county board candidates there and it was good to see Terry Patten, State's Attorney for Henry County, Deb Doss, Circuit Clerk and Dave Johnson, County Coroner.
