bill brady proposes government reform

State Senator Bill Brady, Republican for Illinois Governor proposed government reforms that include term limits and campaign contribution limits. Bill's contribution limit suggestion is $2300, the federal election limit. The term limits would have to come from a constitutional amendment. The proposal is a ten year limit in the state legislature and 12 years in state-wide office.

Bill's plan also calls for 41 state senate seats, down from the current 59 and each senate district having 3 state representatives instead of the current two per district.
