no tax cuts

Last night Paul Ryan accepted the vice-presidential nomination of the Republican Party at their 40th convention. He is young, smart and vibrant. He represents the embodiment of new government.

His speech was to the point. On CNBC, Larry Kudlow said there was no mention of tax cuts. Hey, you're right Larry. Ryan didn't mention tax cuts. Tax cuts are a "core" conservative issue. According to Kudlow the Romney people made sure Ryan didn't mention tax cuts. So...... no tax cuts on the table if Romney-Ryan are elected? I reckon.

Kudlow went in to say that knowing the problem is one thing, but having solutions is quite another. Ryan offered no solutions. I frankly was disappointed. Maybe Ryan's leaving that to Romney tonight. We shall see.
